Dr. Andrew Watson was named an Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO) Gold Fellow in the Class of 2012. Dr. Watson is the NASA Senior Scientists for Vision Research. The title of Fellow of ARVO recognizes members for their exemplary accomplishments, leadership and contributions to the association. Gold Fellowship is the highest category of fellow award. ARVO is a 13,000 member organization dedicated to research, training, publication, and dissemination of knowledge in vision and ophthalmology Dr. Watson received a letter of congratulations from Dr. Jeffrey H.
