To get started on your request for Human Subjects, please be sure that you have a valid HR-IRB approval for your study.
After this is done, please fill out the Human Test Subject Requirements Checklist (Microsoft Word 38KB). Once you complete the form, please submit it, along with a copy of the Human Research Institutional Review Board (HR-IRB) approval, to Kari Jordan in the Test Subject Recruiting Office.
After you submit this form you will be given a cost estimate at which point we can get started on recruitment for your experiment. |
